Under a subscription you post jobs and manage applicants yourself. Alternatively, you can hire Priority Plus Professionals to actively recruit workers for you.

Recruitment fees are quoted per engagement and confirmed in writing before any work begins. For H-2A and H-2B hiring, immigration attorney, government filing, certification and visa-processing fees are separate from the recruitment fee.
Job searching and applying are always free for workers, and no employer fee changes how candidates are screened or presented.
