H-2A Program
Seasonal agricultural work
H-2A covers temporary agricultural roles such as harvesting, planting, packing, irrigation and livestock support.
What the program covers
Temporary or seasonal farm work where an employer has a certified need. Contracts specify the work period, pay rate, hours and job duties before you travel.
What employers typically provide
Program rules generally require housing, transportation arrangements and a guaranteed portion of the contract hours. Your specific contract always governs.
Documents you will need
Valid passport, identity documents, work history and any employer-specific forms. You can upload these securely in your account once your application starts.
What it costs you
Nothing. Searching, applying and being referred is free. We never charge workers for placement or preferential treatment.
Optional Job Readiness plan
Our optional membership focuses on customer-service preparedness, job readiness and US workplace culture. It is never required to apply and never affects hiring decisions.
